In April 2004, we filed for tax exempt status as a registered charity with Canada Customs and Revenue Agency.
We received our notification of registration as a registered charity under paragraph 149 (1) (f) of the Income Tax Act (The Act) effective April 24, 2004.
Gathering Nations International / Rassemblement Des Nations International is designated as a Charitable Organization complete with a Business Number to legally issue tax-receipts for donations received in Canada.
